BIOASTROSONICS SOUND HEALING WITH THE PLANETS
Dr. Beaulieu will present the history of planet sounds from Pythagorean harmonic theory to NASA’s recent satellite recording of planet sounds. Tuning forks tuned to the specifications of each theory, will be used to hear the Music of the Spheres. Sound will be your teacher. Mitch Nur, PhD. has been involved with eastern cultures for nearly 40 years, specifically studying spiritual discipline, sacred sound practices, and healing techniques. WHERE THREE RIVERS MEET-HYPNOSIS, SHAMANISM, AND SOUND HEALING
We will explore the strong parallels between the work and worldview of traditional indigenous shamans, and the approaches and techniques of contemporary western hypnotherapy. Traditional healers of all cultures have used vibrations – specifically the audible vibrations of sound and music, to induce and enhance states of healing, vision and creativity. Hypnotherapy typically employs primarily spoken language to make suggestions to induce change in an individual. We will be addressing two questions: How can today’s hypnotherapists better utilize music and sound healing practices; and how can those who are following the path of sound healing learn to incorporate spoken “hypnotic” language into their systematic understanding.
Peter Blum, a senior hypnosis instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists, has trained hundreds in the spiritual art of hypnosis. He has co-facilitated hypnosis and storytelling workshops with Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona (author of “Coyote Medicine”), and is an Adjunct faculty member of the Coyote Institute. Peter has served on the Board of Trustees of the Deep Listening Foundation, has taught at the Omega Institute, The Graduate Institute, and presented Sounds for Healing concerts and workshops at The Abode of the Message, Menla Retreat Center, and numerous yoga studios throughout the United States. Rebecca Singer is a Shamanic Sound Healer. She uses drum and voice to alter the energetic flow in and around the body.

Rebecca Singer’s work of 25 years as a shamanic energy healer led her to live in the Cloud Forest of Monteverde, Costa Rica and to Mongolia to be with The Reindeer People. She received the “Singing Into Bone” Ceremony as a result of her time with Shaman Saintsegset in Mongolia. Rebecca is a shamanic healer, working with the power of the drum and her voice, she is teacher, writer, artist, mother, and world traveler who has done healing work internationally. As a child Rebecca experienced direct openings into the world of spirit, and by the age of 13, initiation into the world of Shamanism.
Her first teacher was Patricia Spradling, an Irish/ Lakota healer, who she studied with and assisted for 13 years. Her teacher taught her the world view of the Lakota medicine wheel, how to work with crystals, light, protection, feathers, drumming, and more importantly her voice.
Rebecca also studied the roots of shamanism from Siberian shamans. This experience recently led her to embark on an extended trip to the northern mountains of Mongolia where she met and stayed with the Reindeer People, a vanishing native people who still manifest the very roots of Siberian Shamanism in their cultural beliefs and practices.
Following the vibrational path has led her on a fascinating journey from her childhood connection with divine energy to the strong and grounded work that she is doing today as an adventurous Elder.

SOUND CEREMONY ~ CUTTING THE CHORDS FROM ANCESTRAL DNA CODES (LIPIA)
During our workshop Pierre will offer a sound healing experience in the style of the Rainforest shamans, the “maestros Ayahuasqueros”. Pierre will invite the spirit of the mother plant, the jungle spirits, and his spiritual lineage of teachers and masters to help participants clear and advance in their awakening process. He will guide students in a process he designed called Ancestral DNA Clearing.
Participants lie on the floor on a comfortable mat and practice a breathing technique that helps energize the spine, the chakras, meridians and neural centers in the brain. In a sacred space, Pierre help participants clear and cut chords from ancestral DNA codes that are no longer needed. There is no medicine plant offered during the event but once a connection with the spirit of Ayahuasca is established, the mother plant takes over promising a fantastic journey.
Pierre Garreaud is a Peruvian Sound Healer, Shaman and Teacher who was born in the city of Lima, Peru. When he was 18, Pierre traveled to the City of Cuzco for the first time. Immediately, he discovered a deep connection with the Andes and the Inca elders of this land. This connection inspired him to research and learn more about the native healing ways of his homeland. For the past 20 years, Pierre has traveled back and forth to the Andes Mountains and the Amazon of Peru to train with the well respected healers. Pierre was taught sound healing by the shamans of the Rainforest of Peru and was initiated in the Andean Cosmology Path since the early 1990′s. Pierre is a Kriya Yoga initiate; he studied and follows the teachings of Self Realized Master Paramahansa Yogananda. This unique combination of Peruvian shamanism, yoga and meditation combined with his extensive music background acquired at Berklee College of Music, clearly defines Pierre’s healing and teaching work as very powerful and deeply transformational.
