John Beaulieu, N.D., Ph.D.:
SOUND, CRYSTALS, GEMS, LIGHT AND COLOR HEALING
Crystals and Gemstones are amplifiers of intention. Quartz is a universal amplifier for all intention, and when used in conjunction with sound, your healing intention will be both “crystal clear” and amplified. Light shined through a quartz crystal will create a rainbow of colors. Sound vibrating quartz crystal will create a “rainbow of sound”.
During class discussions will focus on the history and theory of healing with crystals, gemstones, light, and color. The crystalline properties of our bodies connective tissue system will be given special emphasis in relationship to the oscillating properties of quartz crystals and it stored piezoelectric energy. The relationship of sound and light to geometric patterns and crystalline structures will be discussed. Special emphasis will be given to resonant spiral formations, crystals, and the process of “spinning healing intention” through color, light, and sound.
The majority of class will be learning through the direct experience. We will learn to amplify the effect of stones with sound, color and crystal toning, color visualization, color breathing, and light therapy. Special emphasis will be given to using BioSonic tuning forks with crystals and gemstones attached to their stems. We will learn about and work with the healing effect of different gemstone to include ruby, emerald, amethyst, lapis lazuli, smoky quartz, rose quartz, coral, pearl, diamond, jasper, tourmaline, and hemite.

As the founder of BioSonic Enterprises, he has developed and distributed over 50 different sound healing-related products including tuning forks, instructional videos, audio programs, CDs and books. Dr. Beaulieu is the groundbreaking author of Music and Sound in the Healing Arts and the composer/producer of Calendula: A Suite for Pythagorean Tuning Forks, a CD designed to physically align your body and create a deep relaxed state of awareness.
HARMONIC PRESENCE: MUSIC OF THE SPHERES OF BEING
David Hykes will presenting “Harmonic Presence: Music of the Spheres of Being,”which unites an approach to the music of the spheres –Harmonic Chant–with contemplative awareness training and healing harmonization practices. These are the 3 branches of the teachings and practices. David Hykes will also present the Harmonic Visions work, and will bring his group, ” David Hykes & The Harmonic Choir” for a special concert adding two additional elements: the Harmonic Vision live video projections, which are direct visualizations of the voice spectrum as a parallel artform showing the correlation between vibration and geometric form; David will end the concerts with “the Harmonic Meeting”, an interactive piece with the audience.
David Hykes is a composer, singer, musician, author, and meditation teacher. He was one of the earliest modern western pioneers of so-called overtone singing, and has developed since 1975 a comprehensive approach to contemplative music which he calls Harmonic Chant (harmonic singing). After early research and trips studying Mongolian, Tibetan, and Middle Eastern singing forms, Hykes began a long series of collaborations with traditions and teachers of wisdom and sacred art, including the Dalai Lama and the Gyuto and Gyume monks.
Hykes founded the Harmonic Choir in 1975, and has performed and taught Harmonic Chant and the related Harmonic Presence work around the world.
Of overtone singing and his own study of the form, music theorist Charles Madden writes, “David Hykes has done everything I had hoped to do, and more.” His choir incorporates both basic overtone signing as well as additional advanced forms.
His work is organised within The Harmonic Presence Foundation.
THE SCIENCE OF TIBETAN BOWL SOUND HEALING
Diane Mandle will present the science of Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing; An intensive introduction to the Tibetan Sacred Sound Instruments, this interactive workshop is designed to cover the history and symbolism of the Sacred Sound Family (tingshas, ganta/dorje’s and singing bowls), and the task of each instrument in consciousness transformation and healing. The program will delve into how energy is moved and what to listen for in the instruments to determine areas of challenge. Demonstrations and practice sessions will cover tingsha diagnosis, ganta/dorje work, types of singing bowls, mallets and a basic layout for a sound healing session as well as some simple relaxation techniques. Part of the session will also be devoted to understanding how foundational Tibetan principals influence this modality.
Diáne Mandle is an internationally known sound healer, educator, recording artist with Sounds True, and author. She owns and operates the Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing School in Encinitas, CA and is the only state certified practitioner in California. Diáne is a frequent presenter at the Deepak Chopra Center, Rancho la Puerta, Golden Door and California State College and maintains a private practice when she is not on concert tour. She created the first multimedia home study course on sound healing with the Tibetan instruments (Ancient Sounds for a New Age) has taught at the Mystic School in Mysore India and spent time in Nepal and India to better understand the cultures these instruments came from as a critical component to their usage. Diane studied sound healing with Karma Sonam Dorje (Richard Rudis) after being certified in Polarity therapy and began her own practice in California in 2000.

CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS MASTER TRAINING ~ PRINCIPLE & PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE CRYSTAL SINGING BOWl
In this unique master class, discover the optimal use of the Crystal Singing Bowl. We will learn about the natural affinity and resonance we hold within our crystal core consciousness and how the crystal bowl can be integrated into our life and professional practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Philippe will talk and demonstrate the many ways to use and play the crystal bowls for inner and outer transformation and get the most benefit of this type of vibrational medicine. We will go through a range of “crystal sound landscapes” and Crystal Kriyas, to demonstrate how to bring a client into a state of “mind-heart” and learn how to bring forth his/hers crystalline core essence. This class will refine your understanding of Crystal Sound Healing. Everybody will have a hands on opportunity to create and merge with the Crystal Sound. As a closing, in a special sound evening ceremony, Philippe will perform The Crystal Core Activation Concert. The Crystal Bath will immerse the participants, in frequencies that mimic and entraine the brain frequencies to the subtle, present energy of healing frequencies for the benefit of all beings.
Originally from Paris, Philippe Pascal Garnier has been initiated into sacred ceremony and practice in a variety of shamanic traditions. After experiencing deep personal transformation through his own participation in these modalities, Philippe pursued intensive training in the Healing Arts and specifically in Sound Healing. After a decade of research, studies and training, he now shares this expertise with the public through the organization he co-founded and directs: Sage Center For The Healing Arts ~ Sage School of Sound Energy, in Woodstock, NY. Philippe has been offering group sound healing sessions in numerous yoga studios in Manhattan and around the north East in Ashrams and sacred places as well as in Europe. He also teaches the fundamental principles of Sound Energy Healing and Crystal Sound Healing. Beside his own Sound Medicine CD, Philippe has been asked to be part of the original music soundtrack of Deepak Chopra Leela’s relaxation and meditation DVD. The ambient soundtrack album has been produced as a 2-disc set. Philippe is the organizer of the Annual Sound Healing Symposium taking place at Menla Mountain retreat and other yearly Sound healing Retreats in the South of France.
YOGA & SOUND HEALING~YIN YANG YAWN!
YIN YANG YAWN! - An integrative mixed level yoga class incorporating three relaxing, yet invigorating styles of yoga, and ending with 45 minutes of Sound Healing Intention using crystal and himalayan singing bowls, voice, gongs, and mantra.
YIN - Passive yoga poses that engage and release the fascia and ligaments, and which targets the lower half of the body between the bottom ribs and just above the knees. Yin yoga asana creates space for a greater range of motion when practicing the more active yang postures. Poses are held longer to facilitate a deeper release in the joints, and for allowing the body to become a vehicle for meditation in action.
YANG - Active yoga poses that engage the muscles… we will balance and we will flow slowly. A combination of standing/balancing poses, and slow flowing fun Vinyasa sequencing.
YAWN - Restorative yoga poses to process and heal. Restorative yoga is a practice that uses props to gently hold you while you continue to release any stress left in the body/mind/spirit. This part begins the use of healing sounds that will tune up the nervous system, and amplify the heart frequency.
SOUND HEALING- is an effective modality to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of tranquility well being and better health for yourself thus, the whole. After an alignment such as the one received during a group session, not only are you centered, but also your anxiety level will be lower and you will be much more aware of your inner peace and balance.
